Approve Forms
Note: Your sponsor must enable access to the Approve function before you can use it. If you do not have approval permissions for eForms, the option to do so does not display in the eForms list.
Approving eForms does not update the system database. Approving forms is a way to mark them as reviewed and approved and sets them aside until it is time to activate them. Follow the steps below to approve a form that is in the status Submitted (Parent).

From the menu to the left, click eForms. The eForms page opens.

Filter to the forms to review and approve.

Click
on the appropriate row. The Child Information page opens.

Review the information and signatures provided. Updated information is outlined in red.

Click and choose from the following:

Approve All
-
Approve EF
-
Approve IEF
-

If the enrollment form or income eligibility form needs revision:

Click Send Back For Revision.

Select Enrollment, IEF, or both.

Click the text box and enter any notes for the parent regarding the revisions that are needed.

Click Send.
