Center Daily Attendance/Served Meals

(Enrolled Sites)

You can record Daily Attendance and Meal Counts for any selected center, if needed. Note that at Step 4 these are the same steps a center would follow to record attendance and meal counts themselves.

  1. From the menu to the left, click Menus/Attendance.

  2. Click Center Daily Attendance/Served Meals.

  3. Select the center you are entering data for in the top right drop down.

  4. Make sure the correct date, classroom, and meal are selected at the top.

  5. Check the box next to each participant's name to mark attendance.

  6. Click  to record a meal count. A participant must be marked in attendance before you can access this option. If individual infant menu reporting is enabled, the Infant Menu pop-up opens. For more information, see Record Individual Infant Menus.

Participants with special diets or allergies noted on their record display with a red outline around their photo.

 


Center Daily Attendance/Served Meals

(Open Enrolled Sites)

You can multiple meals at a time for any open enrolled site using Record Served Meals for any selected center, if needed. Sponsor have the anility to manually enter meal counts, seconds, discarded meals, etc. or they have the ability to switch into Meal Counter mode if they happen to be onsite marking meals during meal service.

  1. From the menu to the left, click Menus/Attendance then select Center Daily Attendance/Meal Counts.
  2. Select the open enrolled site you are wanting to enter data for in the top right corner.  The Record Served Meals screen opens.
  3. In the Date field, select the date or date range you are wanting to enter meal counts for.
  4. Use the arrows on either side of the date to go back and forth to different days within the date range selected.
  5. You can choose to enter meal counts and attendance 2 ways:
    1. To enter meal counts manually, click on the box under the meal type and start typing in the numbers.  
    2. To enter meal counts using the meal counter, toggle to ON and the screen will adjust to that meals can be enter as they are served using the and symbols.
  6. Once all meal counts have been entered for a single day, click Save.
  7. Repeat this process for any other open enrolled site by switching sites in the drop down at the top of the screen as shown in step 2
