Hybrid ARAS/SFSP Enrollment

If you operate an ARAS/SFSP site under a Hybrid model, you have the ability to enroll children with minimal information and maintain a roster of said children. Walk-ins are handled while recording attendance and meal counts for a given day. For more information on walk-ins, see Record Attendance and Meal Counts for Hybrid ARAS/SFSP Sites.

Enroll Children

To enroll children for your site:

  1. From the menu to the left, click Children.
  2. Click List Open Enrolled Children.
  3. Click + Add Child
  4. Enter the child's First Name. This is the only required field.
  5. Enter the child's Last Name and Date of Birth, if needed.

  6. Click Add. The child is added to your roster.

Edit Children

You can update child details at any time from the list Open Enrolled Children page.

  1. From the menu to the left, click Children.
  2. Click List Open Enrolled Children.
  3. Click a child's name to open the Edit Child pop-up.
  4. Update the child's First Name, Last Name, and/or Date of Birth, as needed.
  5. Click Save to save your changes.

Remove Children from Your Roster

If a child no longer attends ARAS/SFSP services at your site, you can remove them from your roster. 

  1. From the menu to the left, click Children.
  2. Click List Open Enrolled Children.
  3. Check the box next to the child(ren) to remove.
  4. Click Delete.
  5. At the confirmation prompt, click Delete.
