Hybrid ARAS/SFSP Enrollment
If you operate an ARAS/SFSP site under a Hybrid model, you have the ability to enroll children with minimal information and maintain a roster of said children. Walk-ins are handled while recording attendance and meal counts for a given day. For more information on walk-ins, see Record Attendance and Meal Counts for Hybrid ARAS/SFSP Sites.
Enroll Children
To enroll children for your site:
- From the menu to the left, click Children.
- Click List Open Enrolled Children.
- Click + Add Child.
- Enter the child's First Name. This is the only required field.
- Enter the child's Last Name and Date of Birth, if needed.

- Click Add. The child is added to your roster.

Edit Children
You can update child details at any time from the list Open Enrolled Children page.
- From the menu to the left, click Children.
- Click List Open Enrolled Children.
- Click a child's name to open the Edit Child pop-up.
- Update the child's First Name, Last Name, and/or Date of Birth, as needed.
- Click Save to save your changes.
Remove Children from Your Roster
If a child no longer attends ARAS/SFSP services at your site, you can remove them from your roster.
- From the menu to the left, click Children.
- Click List Open Enrolled Children.
- Check the box next to the child(ren) to remove.
- Click Delete.
- At the confirmation prompt, click Delete.
