Pull Child Rosters
About Child Rosters in KidKare
There are three versions of the child roster in KidKare
-
Child Roster- The child roster displays all enrolled and pending children including their FRP status and details.
-
Child Roster [Center Version] - The center version displays all enrolled and pending children.
-
Claims Roster - The claims roster displays all children who were included on the claim for the selected month.
Configuring Data Sources for Your Rosters
Rosters use live child data by default. This means that the rosters will use the current data for a given child. However, there are two exceptions to this rule.
- Child History: If your organization has Child History enabled, child rosters will use historical child data when printed for prior claim months.
- Use Historical Claims Data for Child Rosters: Organizations that are not using Child History can enable policy D.33 to use historical claims data when pulling rosters for past claim months. This will provide you with a historical snapshot of child data when claims were processed for the month for which you run the report. D.33 also includes sub-policies D.33a-D.33f that allow you to fine-tune which fields use this historical snapshot data. Note that all are set to Y when you enable D.33.
Note: If your organization is using Child History and you enable policy D.33, D.33 will take priority over Child HIstory for it's controlled fields.
