State Claim List

The State Claim List page allows you to review all claims submitted to the state from previous months.  You can view agency totals, center totals, and print all from once screen.

  1. From the menu to the left, click Claims then select State Claim List. The State Claim List page opens.

  2. Use the Find Records section to select the State (if you are a multi-state sponsor), and Claim Month you want to review.  

  3. Click .

  4. The center claims submitted for the month selected will display.  The yellow bat will show your agency totals for the claim month selected.

  5. To print the details on this page in a /pdf format, click in the top right corner.
