This function is to be use only if you submitted your claim to the state in error. Use this to reopen the claim month for your agency to continue processing claims until ready to submit to the state.

From the menu to the left, click Claims then select Unmark State Claims. The Unmark State Claims page loads.

In the Find Records section, select the State, Claim Month, and Submission Batch you are needing to un-submit. The claims that were submitted will show in a list below.

Use the checkboxes to select the center claims in the list.

Once the claim is unsubmitted to the state, you will see a green confirmation pop up in the the top right corner of the screen. You can now continue updating and processing this claim until you are ready to submit it to the state.
Remember, KidKare does not relay information directly to your state agency. If you have already submitted your claims to your state through the state CNP site, you should not use Unmark State Claims in KidKare, you would reach out to your state to do an adjustment.
