Audit Log: Provider Status Changes

With the Audit Log, sponsors have an organization-wide view of provider status changes for their account. The audit log captures:

  • The provider's name.
  • The provider's original (old) status and their current (new) status.
  • When the provider's status was changed.

Grant Permissions to Audit Log

Access to the Audit Log is controlled by permissions, so you can ensure that the right staff have access to monitor it.

  1. From the menu to the left, click Administration.
  2. Select Users/Monitors.
  3. Click the user to update. This user must be a General HX User or a Monitor + General HX User.
  4. Under Administration, click the drop-down menu next to Audit Log and select Full Access or View Access.
  5. Click Save.

Viewing the Audit Log

Once you have appropriate permissions to do so, you can access the Audit Log under Administration to review provider status changes for your organization.

  1. From the menu to the left, click Administration.
  2. Click Audit Log. The Audit Log page opens and displays providers with status changes. This page is filtered
  3. Set filters to view different date ranges, specific centers, changes, or staff.
    • Provider: Click the drop-down menu to search for and select specific providers to view.
    • Old Status: Click the drop-down to filter by the provider's Old Status (their original status).
    • New Status: Click the drop-down to filter by the provider's New Status(the status to which they were moved).
    • Effective Date: Click the calendar to clear the default date range and/or select a new date range. Once you select a new date range, click Done.
    • Changed By: Select the users to view.
  4. To export the audit log, click Download. An Excel file will download. The export honors filters you've set on the Audit Log table.
