Beacon Verify Claims Command Center

Beacon - Sales

How Beacon Verify Centralizes Your Monthly Claims Processes

Beacon Verify is a command center for managing CACFP claims across your network of homes. Rather than navigating to each provider individually, this dashboard shows claim status, errors, readiness, and estimated reimbursement for your entire organization — all in one place.

Beacon Verify comes with two views, allowing you to drill-down to the smallest details and review high-level metrics in one place.

  • My Portfolio — A claims manager's working view. Displays the full site table with tools for filtering, sorting, taking action, and sending notifications.
  • Executive — An organization-level summary for leadership, with KPI cards, trend charts, and revenue opportunity alerts.

Enable Beacon Verify for Your Account

To begin using Beacon Verify, you must first enable it for your account in your account Settings:

  1. From the menu to the left, click . The Settings page opens.
  2. Click next to Do you want to enable the Beacon Dashboard?. Your changes are automatically saved, and, when the page reloads, you should see Beacon Verify in your left-hand menu.
    Homes - Enable

Note: Once you enable Beacon Verify for your account, it will become your default Home page instead of Observer Mode, allowing you to get right to your organization's claims data.

(Optional) Assign Monitors to Providers

The Portfolio View, by default, displays all site data for users. If you wish to limit which providers your staff can view and work with in Portfolio, you can assign Monitors to providers in the Provider Information General tab.

Set Permissions for Beacon Verify

You can determine which of your sponsor staff can see Beacon Verify, which parts they see, and whether they are limited to their own caseloads by adjusting their user permissions.

Note: If you use Provider Security (U.003 =Y) and the user you are editing has the Subject to Provider Security box checked, Beacon Verify already shows only their assigned providers when they view the Portfolio. This does not extend to the Executive View, which will always show organization-wide totals.

  1. From the menu to the left, click Administration.
  2. Click Users/Monitors.
  3. Select the user to edit.
  4. In the Beacon Verify section, choose the level of access to grant to Beacon Verify. For each of the items listed below, you can choose Full Access, View Access, or No Access.
    1. View Beacon Portfolio Dashboard
    2. View Beacon Executive Dashboard
    3. Limit to Caseload Only
  5. When finished, click Save.
