Edit Provider Details

 You can edit information about your company, such as your company name, tax ID, and certain contact information on the My Site page.

  1. From the menu to the left, click Home.

  2. Click My Site. The My Site page opens.

  3. In the Provider Detail section, click Edit.

  4. Click the Company Name box and enter your business name.

  5. Click the Phone, Email, and Fax boxes and enter your updated contact information.

  6. Click the Tax ID box and enter your tax ID number.

  7. When finished, click Save.

Note that if you have the Accounting or Parachute add-on, you will have the option to reset your PIN from this screen as well.

Upload a Provider Photo

Your sponsor may allow you to upload a photograph of yourself to KidKare. If this is the case, you can upload a picture in the Provider Detail section of the My Site page.

  1. From the menu to the left, click My Site.
  2. In the Provider Detail section, click Edit.
  3. Click camera_icon in the photo placeholder box.
  4. Click Choose.
  5. Navigate to where the file is stored on your device, select it, and click Open.
  6. Click photo-check.
  7. Click Save.
