Use Examine Meal History to review or edit provider menus & attendance that have been entered into KidKare.

From the menu to the left, click Claims then select Examine Meal History. The Examine Meal History screen loads.

Use the filters at the top to select the provider who's meals you are wanting to see. Once a provider is selected, the provider menu calendar loads.

Change the month by using the arrows to the right of the month and year.

Click on the day you are wanting to review. The select meal box appears.

Select the meal you are wanting to review. Once selected, the Record Provider Meals page opens.

From here, you can use the filters at the top to toggle from Non-Infants to Infants, change the date, meal, provider, or shift you are wanting to to review.

Use this screen to modify or enter attendance, meals served, menu components, etc. on behalf of the provider.

Click Save.

You can also access this page directly from Menus/Attendance > Record Provider Meals.
If you are entering meals and attendance for your provider, please make sure you have the paper documents from the provider as a backup.
Delete a Claim from Examine Meal History Screen
If a claim has not been submitted yet, a sponsor can delete the claim directly from the Examine Meal History screen by clicking Delete in the top right of the page. This option only appears for claim months that have not yet been submitted to the state.
Update Child Attendance from Examine Meal History Screen
You can update child attendance or In and Out times by clicking on Child Attendance in the top right of the screen.
This takes you to the Record Child In/Out Times & Attendance screen.
