Immunization Records

You must subscribe to Parachute to record and access immunization records. To learn more about Parachute, click here.

  1. From the menu to the left, click Home.

  2. Click My Children.

  3. Click the participant for whom to add/view/print immunization records. The Participant Information page opens. Immunization records display in the Immunization section.

  4. To record immunization records:

    1. Click add expense.PNG next to the vaccination to record.

    2. Click the Date box and enter the date. You can also click calendar_select_date.PNG to select the date from a calendar.

    3. Click Save.

  5. To remove immunization records:

    1. Click remove.PNG next to the vaccination to remove.

    2. Click Save.

  6. To print immunization records:

    1. Click collapse_icon.PNG to collapse all other sections on the Participant Information page, if needed.

    2. Type Ctrl + P.

    3. Click Print.
