Pre-Populate eForms

When renewing enrollment and income information via eForms, you can choose to pre-populate data from Child records so parents do not have to re-enter data at each renewal. This streamlines the parent's form completion and reduces the risk of data entry errors.

Important Settings

Before you can use this feature, you must enable eForms for your homes, if you have not already. See Get Started with eForms for more information.

Enabling Pre-Population

  1. Log in to KidKare.
  2. Click Settings (white gear on gray background) in the top-left corner.
  3. In the eForms Settings section, click the Pre-Populate Information on the Renewal Form drop-down menu and choose from the following:
    • None: Populate some basic child information, such as name and guardian information.
    • Populate Child Information (Default): Populate only child-related details and guardian information. 
    • Populate Child Income Information: Populate child income information that was entered in a previous income enrollment form.
    • All Information: Populate all available fields, including child details, guardian information, and child income details.
  4. Your changes are saved automatically.
