Record Child In/Out Times & Attendance

To record In/Out times and attendance on behalf of a provider or to enter the records from a paper document received from the provider, follow the steps below:

  1. From the menu to the left, click Menus/Attendance then select Record Child In/out Times & Attendance. 

  2. In the top section, select the provider and the date for which attendance is being entered.

  3. If you wish to apply the typical drop off/pickup times, click the blue button above the list of children.  Any children with times entered on their enrollment form will auto populate for you to edit.

  4. In the Attended column, use the checkbox to select the children in attendance on the date selected.

  5. Use the In Time and Out Time columns to enter their In/Out Times for the date selected.

  6. Click Save
