      Training Reports for Sponsors

      • Provider Training Hours Summary - This report lists the total number of training hours for a provider.

      • Providers Not Trained - This report lists all providers who have not been given training within the date range specified.

      • Training List Export - This is a customizable report option.  Use the filters to narrow down which providers you want on the report, as well as which fields you want to see on the report.  This report will always export in an excel/csv format.

      • Training Mailing Labels - This works the same as the Training List Export File, only it generates provider mailing addresses in the Avery 5160 format.
