CACFP Labor Log Report

Notes: You must have at least View Staff Labor Logs permissions to access the CACFP Labor Logs report. To see any calculated expense amounts, you must also have the View/Manage Labor Details permission set to Yes.

The CACFP Labor Log report provides a historical record of labor logs from the current and prior claim months. This report includes all staff Labor Logs matching the filters you set in the table headers.

  1. From the menu to the left, click Expenses.

  2. Select CACFP Labor Log Report. The CACFP Labor Log Report page opens.
  3. This page is filtered to the current month by default. To clear this filter:
    1. Click the Date box.
    2. Click Clear.
    3. Click Done.
  4. You can filter this report by the following:
    • Date
    • Employee Name
    • Employee Role
    • Activity
    • Activity Type
    • Meal
    • Start Time
    • End Time
  5. To export this report, click Export. An Excel® spreadsheet will download.

Why can't I see the CACFP Claimable Costs?

To protect sensitive information, such as an employee's hourly wages, users must be granted the View/Manage Labor Details permission to see any wage-related information—including totals on individual labor logs.

This permission impacts both the Labor Log as viewed in KidKare and the Excel® download.
