[eForms](https://knowledge.kidkare.com/independent-center/eforms?hsLang=en) # Pre-Populate eForms When renewing enrollment and income information via eForms, you can choose to pre-populate data from Child records so parents do not have to re-enter data at each renewal. This streamlines the parent's form completion and reduces the risk of data entry errors. ### Important Settings Before you can use this feature, you must enable eForms for your sites, if you have not already. See [**Understanding eForms**](https://knowledge.kidkare.com/independent-center/understanding-eforms?hsLang=en) for more information. ### Enabling Pre-Population 1. Log in to KidKare. 2. Click **Settings** (white gear on gray background) in the top-left corner. 3. In the **eForms Settings** section, click the **Pre-Populate Information on the Renewal Form** drop-down menu and choose from the following: - **None:** Populate some basic child information, such as name and guardian information. - **Populate Child Information (Default):** Populate only child-related details and guardian information. - **Populate Child Income Information:** Populate child income information that was entered in a previous income enrollment form. - **All Information:** Populate all available fields, including child details, guardian information, and child income details. 4.
