Sponsors of Centers

updated

  • eForms for users in South Carolina now use the South Carolina enrollment form instead of the standard USDA form. The income eligibility form remains unchanged.
  • When entering manual disallowances, you choose affected children in Step 2. Previously, we added indicators for child age (Y or M). We have made several additional improvements to this step:
    • It now only takes one click to choose Selected Children.
    • The Class, Age, and Status filters have been changed to drop-down menus instead of free text fields. Each filter allows for multiple selections. You can still filter by Child Name and # by typing in the text fields.
    • You can now sort the table by Child Name, Class, Age, or Status.
    • Rows containing withdrawn children display in red with a gray background.
  • You can now select multiple centers when printing the following reports:
    • Monthly Claimed Meal Count Summary
    • Monthly Paid Meal Count Summary
    • Monthly Paid Meal Count by Age Group
    • Monthly Claimed Meal Count by Age Group
    • Center Receipt Journal

Sponsors of Homes

updated

  • eForms for users in South Carolina now use the South Carolina enrollment form instead of the standard USDA form. The income eligibility form remains unchanged.
  • We have added a new menu to Provider Information called Quick Links. Use this button to access common provider functions directly from the provider profile. Each option opens in a new browser tab and filters automatically to the provider you selected.
  • The Review Worksheet report and the Children Not Seen at Review reports now check child status to determine which children are included on the report. Only Active and Pending children will print to these reports.
  • You and your providers can now add extended business closures to the calendar. Historical and upcoming closures are logged for each business closure added.
