- We have updated the fiscal year on the Racial/Ethnicity Count Summary by Enrollment report to the current version (FY2026).

- The Centers List Export file was including duplicate rows and populating the Removal Reason column with user roles. This has been corrected.
- The Delete icon next to a claim adjustment on the Claim Details page was not allowing users to delete the adjustment.
- "1" was displaying on the Weekly Attendance & Meal Count report for centers that only have one (1) meal serving. This was only occurring when the report was generated for All Active Centers. Now, numbers will only show if a center serves two shifts.
- The Evaluate + Save button in the Child Details Oversight tab was not saving IEF information to the child record as it should have.
- Rows were being duplicated in the Daily FRP report for centers with multiple licenses.
- The Reprocess button was not displaying on the Claim Details page correctly for processed claims.

- The Provider/Children Residence report was including rows missing child names for children whose address, last name, and/or phone number matched the provider's information.
- The Provider Not Trained Report was ignoring the setting for Include Providers with less than the training hours below.
- Error 124 (Meal Serving Times Not Recorded) was not triggered correctly when S.002 = P and S.002b = Warn/Disallow. S.002 & S.002b specify how to handle meal times when processing claims.
- In some cases, Monitors were unable to save provider reviews after completing all required fields.
- Some sponsors were seeing blank pages in the Review Details report where there should be data.
- When recording provider meals as a sponsor, some users were unable to save meals if the only thing they changed was the Whole Grain-Rich toggle.
- Error 189 and Error 192 were showing on the Office Error Report for developmentally ready infants, even though solid food was served. Error 189 should only check if solid food was served, and Error 192 should only check if all required components were served.
- In some cases, the Review Due Dates on the Providers Due Reviews report were showing incorrect dates.

- When attempting to process claims for a single center, some sponsors encountered an issue where all centers available were being selected by default. This has been corrected.
- In some cases, Monitor assignments were updated whenever a user opened a review, modified it, or validated it. We have corrected this issue, and your Monitor assignments should be preserved.

- [Ohio] We have added serving sizes to the Meals & Attendance section of Home Reviews.
- To improve the overall claims processing experience in KidKare, we have made the following updates to reports on the Process Claims page:
- You can now choose to save a consolidated PDF that includes all OERs for the claims you processed. Choose the Consolidated PDF option before you click Process Claims.
- Whether you print a consolidated PDF or individual PDFs, you will no longer be prompted to save each file. Instead, the report will download to your default download location. You can specify where files are downloaded in your browser settings.
- You now have more filtering options on the List Provider page, allowing you to find the exact record you need in less time. The following filters have been added:
- State
- Zip Code
- County
- City
- Group

- eForms for users in South Carolina now use the South Carolina enrollment form instead of the standard USDA form. The income eligibility form remains unchanged.
- When entering manual disallowances, you choose affected children in Step 2. Previously, we added indicators for child age (Y or M). We have made several additional improvements to this step:
- It now only takes one click to choose Selected Children.
- The Class, Age, and Status filters have been changed to drop-down menus instead of free text fields. Each filter allows for multiple selections. You can still filter by Child Name and # by typing in the text fields.
- You can now sort the table by Child Name, Class, Age, or Status.
- Rows containing withdrawn children display in red with a gray background.
- You can now select multiple centers when printing the following reports:
- Monthly Claimed Meal Count Summary
- Monthly Paid Meal Count Summary
- Monthly Paid Meal Count by Age Group
- Monthly Claimed Meal Count by Age Group
- Center Receipt Journal

- We have added a new menu to Provider Information called Quick Links. Use this button to access common provider functions directly from the provider profile. Each option opens in a new browser tab and filters automatically to the provider you selected.

- The Review Worksheet report and the Children Not Seen at Review reports now check child status to determine which children are included on the report. Only Active and Pending children will print to these reports.
- You and your providers can now add extended business closures to the calendar. Historical and upcoming closures are logged for each business closure added.
