- We have updated all Phone number labels in KidKare to be generic labels, instead of the more specific Home, Mobile, Work, etc. Here's how we've mapped the old labels to the new labels:
- Home Phone -> Primary Phone
- Mobile Phone -> Secondary Phone
- Work Phone -> Additional Phone

- We've made some quality of life improvements to the Fix Scanned Errors screen.
- Scanned forms are now sorted by ATMC (Attendance/Meal Count) with all rows grouped together.
- Scan images will now open and display in a new tab instead of downloading automatically. You can still download images by clicking the Download Image link in the new tab.
- You can now use the arrow keys on your keyboard to navigate the error list:
- UP: Move up the error list.
- DOWN: Move down the error list.
- RIGHT: Select a row.
- LEFT: Deselect a row.
- Removing attendance via Fix Scanned Errors now updates associated meals and attendance.
- You can add missing meals/attendance counts via Fix Scanned Errors.
- The Fix Scanned Error page will now default to the center you have selected elsewhere in KidKare.
- Errors can now be Ignored in bulk.
- Performance of this page has been improved.
- [Oklahoma Users] We have added a Claim Upload File for the State of Oklahoma. This file is only available to sponsors of centers in Oklahoma.
- We previously updated the Import Child functionality to honor sponsor policy settings that govern child activation and the information a center can change on a child record. Unfortunately, this lead to the Import not allowing any child activations—even when sponsor policy allows it. This ticket corrects this issue, and the import will now honor sponsor settings for F.02b and D.08.

- Missing Copy In/Out Times from the Minute Menu CX application? Good news! We've added this function to KidKare. You can find this when editing a child's schedule in Mange Child Information.
- Sponsors can now change Current Enrollment Dates in the Renew Child Enrollments Tool individually. Previously, you could only bulk-update Current Enrollment Dates in this tool.
- We have also added a Search box to the Renew Child Enrollments Tool.
- New policy alert! We have added a new policy to KidKare for Centers that prevents centers from saving invalid menu plans for present or past dates. Previously, this restriction could only be applied to future meal plans. The new policy is called M.10c Require Valid Daily Menus.
- The Add Receipt page will now default to the last method you used to enter receipts: Itemized Entry or Quick Entry. This change also applies to all centers (sponsored and independent).
- When we recently released Spanish language support for eForms, we created some additional clicks impacting sponsor workflows. With this release, we have updated the Resend Invitations feature as follows:
- We have returned the Resend Invitations and Resend Selected Invitations options to this feature.
- When you send all invitations, the invitation and eForms are sent in the language set on the Parent record (Spanish or English).
- When you select invitations and use Resend Selected Invitations, you are prompted to choose a language in which to send the invitations:
- Default (Parent profile)
- English
- Spanish
- The Age column in the Disallow Meal tool now indicates whether the age represented is in years (y) or months (m). Previously, this only showed years, which meant any infants were marked as 0 years old.
- The Review Status + History Report now has a marker for Unannounced reviews.

- Sponsors can now choose whether to include Pending children and/or Active children with expiring enrollments on Reviews. We introduced this setting after an update removed these children from review forms entirely. This setting is called Do you want to include the following children in the Review Tool?. Learn more about sponsor settings here.
- In Minute Menu HX, sponsors were able to log messages that did not get sent to providers, as well as create "broadcast messages" that providers could read. Now, you can do the same in KidKare via the Log Message feature.
- Logging a message creates a note in the Sponsor Call Log tab.
- If you choose to let providers read the message, they will see it in their own Sponsor Call Log tab.
- You can add attachments to logged messages—the same way you do for messages you send.
- Messages can be Archived, and you can filter the Archive tab by message type.

- The Child Enrollment report for homes was including the Breastmilk and Iron-Fortified Infant Formula (FIF) section for non-infant children. This issue only impacted the Child Enrollment report when printed from KidKare.

- Do you restrict the timeframe for which your centers can record receipts for a given claim month (that's policies T4 & T4b)? We have now updated the receipt flow for sponsors and centers to take these limitations into consideration.
- When a center submits a receipt for an older claim month, the claim month they select will now be marked with (Late Submission) to indicate that the receipt is for an older claim month.
- A clock icon now displays next to Receipts on the Receipt Verification page for receipts that were entered late and assigned to an older claim month.

- The ARAS/SFSP Menu Production Record report was not printing quantities as it should have. Users were having to print the regular version of this report to report on quantities needed.
- In some cases, meal times were not saving when sponsors added them to centers.
- All state-specific income eligibility forms were missing parent/guardian social security numbers when printed.

- Clicking Page 10 on the Review Providers page was sending users back to Page 1.
- In limited cases, the Provider File Changes report was incorrectly showing changes that were never made to a provider record.
- Policy M.008 Prevent Meal Time Changes in Enter Meal was not working correctly for unlicensed meals. This has been corrected, and providers can no longer update meal times if M.008 = Y.
- The Enrollment Expiration Date set via Renew Child Enrollments in KidKare was not matching the same date in the HX application. These dates now sync properly between KidKare and HX.
- The General Comments section was missing from Enrollment Forms. It's been restored.
- The Provider Claims Total Report was rounding ADA incorrectly. ADA should always be rounded up to the next whole number after division—this report was rounding down in some cases.
- Providers were able to access menu types (EZ Menus, for example) not allowed by their sponsor.
- Child numbers were not sorted correctly on reviews.
