[Guardian/Agency Portal](https://knowledge.kidkare.com/parachute/guardian-agency-portal?hsLang=en) # Create Guardian/Agency Parachute Account Welcome to Parachute, an invoicing and communication tool used by your child's care provider to send you messages and real time updates about your child's day, securely collect payments, and allow you to sign some important forms online.  ### Create Your Parachute Account 1. In order to create an account you will receive an email from your provider with a link that will direct you to Parachute. 2. In the body of the email, you will click on ![Click Here](https://knowledge.kidkare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Marketing-Sales/Parachute/Click%20Here.png?width=230&height=27&name=Click%20Here.png). 3. The **KidKare Parachute** screen loads. Create a password that is at least 8 characters, contains a number or symbol, and does not contain your name or email address. You are now logged into Parachute and can view invoices, make payment, and setup recurring payments to your provider. 5. Click the ![General Edit Button](https://knowledge.kidkare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Marketing-Sales/Parachute/General%20Edit%20Button.png?width=55&height=30&name=General%20Edit%20Button.png)button in the upper right hand corner of the screen. 4.
