# Reset Your Password

If you are a KidKare user, you can also reset your password from the KidKare login screen:

### Change Your Parachute Password

To change or update your password in Parachute:

1. From the menu to the left, click **Settings**.
2. In the top right corner, click the ![](https://knowledge.kidkare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-23-2024-08-45-37-6532-PM.png?width=65&height=23&name=image-png-Jul-23-2024-08-45-37-6532-PM.png)button.
3. In the Account Settings section, click on **Change Password?![](https://knowledge.kidkare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jul-23-2024-08-47-59-6429-PM.png?width=535&height=174&name=image-png-Jul-23-2024-08-47-59-6429-PM.png)**
4. The fields will open up and you are now able to view and change your password.

### Reset Your Password from KidKare Login Screen

If you are not logged in and need to reset your password because you do not know it:

1. Go to [**app.kidkare.com**](https://app.kidkare.com/).
2. Click the **Forgot your password?** link.![Forgot Password](https://knowledge.kidkare.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Marketing-Sales/Parachute/Forgot%20Password.png?width=535&height=443&name=Forgot%20Password.png)
3. Click the **Email** box and enter your email address.
4. Click **Send Email**. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Note that these links are only good for one use, so if you need to reset again, you must repeat **Steps 2 & 3**.
5. Enter your new password.
6. Confirm your password.
