- NULL values in individual infant menus was causing the claims processor to fail when M.16 was set to N. Claims processing now works as intended.

- When using Chrome on an iPad, not all filter options were appearing when navigating eForms. All filters should now display correctly.
Sponsors of Centers

- Submitted batch claims will now be disabled if they have already been submitted. Adjustments will not alter the previously submitted batch but will allow submission for a new batch claim. For more information about how claim batches work, head over to Submit Claims to State.
- The name and title of the user generating the Race/Ethnicity Count Summary by Enrollment report now prints to the Name and Title of Person Completing Form field.
- There is a new permission for sponsor staff users called Bank Information. This toggle can be found under the Center heading in the User Permissions. If this permission is disabled, the user will not be able to see any information in the Center Payment Info section of the Manage Center Information page. This permission defaults to No. Staff who need access to center bank information must have this permission enabled manually. Learn how to access sponsor permissions here.
- The Spanish Income Eligibility Form (IEF) for Nevada has been updated to reflect program year 2025–2026. The English version was already current.
- The Annual Enrollment, Income Eligibility, and Special Dietary forms for Virginia have been updated.
- IEF forms for North Carolina have been updated to Program Year 2025-2026.
- IEF forms for Louisiana have been updated to Program Year 2025-2026.

- Meals were not properly disallowed when policy C3 was set to Disallow. Expired centers' meals will now be properly disallowed if the C3 setting is enabled, and the center’s expiration date passes.
- Additional sorting options have been added for the Monthly Claimed Attendance Only report. You’ll now be able to sort by classroom and alphabetically.
- Child activation and reactivation no longer resets the child expiration date. When updating a child from Pending to Active, the enrollment expiration will remain unchanged. Head over to Activate Children for more information about how to activate children.
- Center Sponsor users’ permissions have been updated to allow editing View/Modify Center User permissions if enabled — regardless of whether the user has permission to View/Modify Sponsor Staff. Learn how to access sponsor permissions here.
- A child’s middle name was previously displaying before the last name on Pennsylvania Enrollment Forms. This has been corrected so that middle names display to the right of the first name.
- Error 112 (Quantity of food Prepared was less than Quantity Required for Infants) was incorrectly showing when Error 60 (Quantity of Food Prepared was not Recorded with the Menu) was more accurate. Error 60 now correctly displays when an infant does not receive the required minimum amount, regardless of total amount served.
- Error 78 (Quantity of Food Prepared was Less Than Quantity Required) was incorrectly ignored for infants aged 6–11 months when infants aged 0–5 months were disallowed. Error 78 now correctly displays for both infant age groups.
- When a sponsor edits meal counts or attendance on a center’s claim, a certification message would appear upon saving. This message will now only display for center users, not sponsors.
- In some cases, a portion of the Homes enrollment form was printing with enrollment forms for centers.
- E-Signatures were duplicated on the Satellite Form report for SFSP centers. Signatures are no longer duplicated on this report.
- The Race/Ethnicity Count Summary by Enrollment report has been updated to display phone number and ZIP code in the correct format.

- If additional required information is missing when updating a child's profile, the tabs that require information will now be highlighted in red to guide users toward what needs to be updated. Learn more about editing child information here.
- Changed the chronological meal selection flow in the “Enter Claim Error” function. Users will now select the claim error first so that it appears above the meal selection. Check out Enter Claim Errors for more information about how this works.
- We've updated the description for Error 189 from Infant previously served developmental foods was not served solid foods to Infant Marked Developmentally Ready Was Not Served Required Solid Foods. This error is generated when an infant marked developmentally ready for solid foods is served foods that do not satisfy the CACFP meal pattern requirements for infants.

- Some answers were not displaying correctly in the Review Detail report. This primarily impacted Yes/No questions, which were printed as True/False on the report.
- The Add Manual Reviews button was not displaying for some users. Users should now see the + button under the Add column in the List Reviews screen to add manual reviews.
- In Participant Details, the question “Is child of a migrant worker” was incorrectly dynamic based on display settings. This is now a static field and will display correctly regardless of participant display preferences.
- In the Claimed Attendance Detail report, business name was being displayed instead of provider name. Provider name will now display correctly regardless of whether a business name was entered.
- Under the Claim Status column in the List Claims page, the Payment Date was incorrectly showing the current date. The field now correctly reflects the actual payment date shown in Claim Payment Details.
- When navigating the Review Disallow Calendar, the Use Calendar to Disallow checkbox did not retain its state when switching to previous months. This checkbox will now remain checked or unchecked based on the user’s last change.
- The Pre-note ACH file in the ACH settings or Reports pages now uses the correct date from the user’s device. Previously, dates were displayed incorrectly.
- The Arizona Income Enrollment form now correctly displays the current program year to meet Arizona state requirements. Updates for the Spanish version are coming soon.
- NULL entries in reviews were preventing the reviews from being included in the Review List Export. Instead, users were seeing blank lines in the report. This has been corrected, and all reviews meeting the filters you set are shown in the Review List Export.
