- Sponsors who have disabled receipt entry for their sites may now set a site-level toggle in Manage Center Information to enable receipt entry for individual centers. Note that this toggle does not come into play when receipt entry is enabled for all centers—meaning you cannot disable receipt entry for individual centers.
- We have updated the description for policy A.12 to more accurate reflect what the policy does.

Known Issue: We are aware of an issue impacting some multi-license centers where the expanded milk options are not displaying in Receipts and the Milk Audit when M.21 is set to Y. This only impacts centers with both a regular and an open-enrolled ARAS/SFSP license. We will release a fix for this on 6/9/26.
- We implemented a new policy, M.21, that allows sponsors to choose when to enable expanded milk options in their programs. Multi-state sponsors can set this on a state-by-state basis, as needed.
- Once M.21 is enabled, sponsors and centers will both see the expanded milk options in the following areas:
- Daily Menu: Added a new grid for designating milk fat-content by age group. For those who require Actual Quantities Served and/or Leftover Quantities, the new milk types will show in the Enter Quantities pop-up.
- Milk Audit: Added tracking for the new milk types to the Milk Audit.
- Receipts: Added the new milk types to the expense options. Sponsors, if your centers are using Parachute to scan/record their receipts, the new milk options will be available to them in Parachute once you enable M.21.
- Claims Processing: Added three new claims errors to handle compliance under the new milk options.
- Reports: Updated the following reports to include the new milk options:
- Menu Production Record
- Weekly Quantities Required
- Office Error Report
What's Next?
We focused in on the areas that are absolutely critical to menu tracking and claims processing for the first phase of these updates. You will notice some areas that still need updating—and we're on it. Here's a look at what's getting updates in Phase 2:
- Apply Master Menus
- Copy Menus
- Updates to Error 78 & 79 to handle the new milk types
- Reports:
- Receipt List Export
- Center Receipts Journal
- Monthly Receipt Totals
- Milk Audit Daily Report
- Milk Audit Monthly Report

- We implemented a new preference, Q.013, that allows sponsors to choose when to enable expanded milk options in their programs. Multi-state sponsors can set this on a state-by-state basis, as needed.
- We added options to the Food List that allow a sponsor to assign a fat content tier to milk items. These include all new options. This is not enforced until you set Q.013 to Y.
- Once Q.013 is set to Y, three new claims errors will go into effect to handle compliance under the new milk options.
