- Fixed an issue where the "Create State Provider File" report was returning blank results instead of listing providers with recent changes. Sponsors can now successfully generate the State Provider Claim File as expected.
- The non-discrimination statement ("This institution is an equal opportunity provider.") has been added to the Provider Planned Menu report generated from the sponsor side, ensuring it now appears consistently across all menu reports in both printed and digital formats.
- Fixed an issue on the Child Attendance Reconciliation report where the opening bracket "[" was missing for children whose check-in or check-out times fell exactly on a quarter-hour boundary (e.g., 7:00, 7:15, 7:30, 7:45) during early morning hours.
- Fixed an issue where food frequency rules for infants (ages 0–5 and 6–11 months) were not generating claim errors when a restricted food was served more times than allowed in a week. Providers who exceed the serving limit for foods like sweet crackers will now correctly see an Error 061 on their claim error report.
- Fixed an issue where certain claims released from hold were not appearing in the Reprocess Claims screen, causing sponsors to see "no record found" when attempting to reprocess a valid claim.
- The Meal Component table has been removed from Section C, Question 3 of the Daycare Home Review report, so the printed review now matches the standard state form format (Form H1607).
- Fixed an issue where a provider's claim that had already been paid or submitted would still appear in the Process Claims queue, making it look like the claim needed to be processed again. The system now correctly excludes already-processed claims from the Process Claims list.
- Fixed an issue where attempting to print the Review Worksheet for certain manual desk reviews resulted in an error and the report would not generate. Affected reviews will now produce the worksheet successfully.
- Fixed an issue in Illinois where the State Provider File displayed incorrect Begin Dates. The file now correctly shows each provider's actual CACFP start date instead of defaulting to the fiscal year start date (October 1st).
- Fixed an issue where contact information from one provider could accidentally overwrite another provider's record when a sponsor switched between providers in KidKare, ensuring each provider's data stays separate and accurate.
- Utah home sponsors can now generate a state claim upload file in the new Primero Edge CSV format required by the Utah state agency, replacing the previous CNP Web format. The updated file combines header and provider information into a single row per provider and includes per-meal attendance, days served, total meals served, and enrollment data formatted to meet the state's new specifications.
- Fixed an issue where provider training records were not being marked as completed when a review was validated through the KidKare for Homes web interface, causing training hours to appear missing from the Provider Training Hours Summary report and incorrectly showing providers as untrained. Affected training records have been corrected in the system.
- Fixed an issue where the visit end time entered by a monitor was automatically overwritten with the current computer time after completing a review. The manually entered end time is now preserved correctly.
- Fixed an issue where the "Review Needed" counts shown in KidKare's Reviews tab did not match the counts shown in the HX Providers Due Reviews report, causing sponsors to see inconsistent information about which providers needed reviews.
- Fixed an issue where sort order options remained visible on reports even when no providers were found matching the selected filter criteria. The sort order section is now correctly hidden whenever a provider search returns no results.
- Fixed an issue where the Claim Capacity Analysis was counting more children than were actually served at a meal, causing providers to incorrectly receive an Error 104 over-capacity disallowance on their claims.

- Sponsors can now configure the Attendance Source settings for additional program types — At-Risk (ARAS), Summer Food Program, Head Start, OSCH, and Emergency/Homeless Shelter — just as they could previously for Child Care and Adult Care centers. For these new program types, API is the only available import source, and the attendance entry screens will be read-only when Automatic Import or Partially Automated Attendance is selected.
- Fixed an issue where updating a child's Free and Reduced Price (FRP) meal status on accounts with Child Historic Data enabled would incorrectly skip saving the change for certain history months, causing those months to continue showing the old FRP status.
- Fixed an issue where sponsors received a "Child not found" error when attempting to delete a submitted eForm for a child who had already been removed from the system. When a child is deleted, all associated eForm records are now properly cleaned up so orphaned eForms no longer appear or cause errors.
- Fixed an issue where IEF (Income Eligibility Form) expiration alerts and the IEF Expiration Date field continued to appear for children even when the sponsor's Policy F.8 (Check IEF Expiration) was turned off. When that policy is disabled, IEF alerts and the related field are now correctly hidden.
- Fixed an issue where the Child Roster report was missing the "At Risk" section for centers configured to serve At Risk meals when the report was run for a specific center. At Risk children now appear in their own dedicated section of the report.
- Fixed an issue where eForms submitted by parents could appear stuck in "Submitted (Parent)" status and not show up correctly in the Approve & Renew screen or eForms Reporting. The form's status now displays accurately after being sent back for review.
- Fixed an error that occurred when sponsors attempted to send enrollment invitations to children, which prevented the invitations from being delivered successfully.

- Fixed an issue where children's IEF (Income Eligibility Form) expiration dates were not automatically updating to match their enrollment expiration dates when child records were added or manually edited, causing all children to incorrectly appear as having expired IEFs.
- Fixed an issue where a child's Income Eligibility Form (IEF) expiration date was not updating after recalculating the IEF in the Oversight tab, causing the expiration alert banner to continue displaying even after a successful renewal.
- Fixed an issue where completed (Renewed) eForms were not appearing in the eForms Reporting section and were showing an incorrect status of "Sponsor Approved" instead of "Renewed." The "unfinished job" notification also now displays automatically without requiring extra clicks.
- Fixed an issue where center staff using both the "Require Certification of Attendance Accuracy" and "Calculate Actual Quantities Served Automatically" sponsor settings would get stuck after saving attendance — the auto-calculate confirmation pop-up would appear but could not be closed. When attendance is saved through the certification flow, the quantity calculation now runs smoothly in the background without displaying the pop-up.
Independent Centers

- Fixed an issue where ARAS Independent Centers with no enrolled children could send a message to All Guardians, but the sent message would appear completely blank when opened — showing no subject, body, or attachments. The message details were never lost and now display correctly after opening a sent message.

- Fixed an issue where children's check-in and check-out times appeared saved on screen but were silently lost, causing attendance records to disappear and affecting providers' meal claims.
- Fixed an issue where inactive guardians were incorrectly appearing in the Manage Guardians tab. Only active guardians are now displayed.
- Fixed an issue where enrolling a new participant with "Unknown" selected for Ethnicity incorrectly triggered an "Incomplete Student Details" error message. Users no longer need to open and re-save the Demographics section to clear the error after initial enrollment.

- Fixed an issue where some children's names were missing from the Weekly Attendance Worksheet report when exported by sponsor users. All children's names, including those without a middle name on file, will now display correctly on the report.

- Fixed an issue where adding a new user whose last name contained an apostrophe (such as O'Neill or O'Brien) would fail. Users with apostrophes in their last names can now be created successfully.
- Fixed an issue where users were redirected to a blank page after adding a new primary guardian to a child's profile. Users will now remain on the child's profile page after saving the new contact information.
- Fixed an issue where food item names were being cut off in the Master Menu Monthly Plan report. The report now displays the full food item name instead of truncating it.
- Fixed an issue where applying a master menu to centers would cause the screen to spin indefinitely and never complete. The process now finishes successfully.
- Fixed an issue where updates to the Sex and Race fields made during a child record file import appeared on the Finalize screen but were not actually saved to the child's record. The import template column name has also been updated from "Gender" to "Sex" to match the application, and the system now accepts both column names for compatibility.

- Fixed an issue where childcare center staff were unable to add a new parent/guardian from the Contacts tab on the View Child page — after saving, the newly added parent would not appear in the dropdown. Parents added to a child's profile will now appear correctly.
- Fixed an issue where the Infant Individual Menu did not appear when staff tried to record PM Snack for an infant child, preventing meal documentation from being completed.
- Date fields in the Child List Export now work correctly as true dates in Excel, allowing users to filter and group children's birth dates, enrollment dates, IEF expiration dates, and other date columns by year and month instead of seeing each date listed individually.
- Fixed an issue where importing a child file to update an existing child's CACFP tab appeared to complete successfully but did not actually save any changes to the child's profile. Center users can now use the child import feature to update CACFP information for active children as expected.

- Open Enrolled (OE) Centers and Independent Centers could previously access classroom management pages by typing the URL directly into the browser, even though they should not have access to those features. Users without the appropriate program type are now automatically redirected to their home page instead.
- Fixed an issue where clicking the Recalculate Quantities button on an infant menu was not correctly recording the original food quantity and unit in the activity log, causing the history to show blank or incorrect "before" values instead of what was actually changed.
- Fixed an issue in the Milk Audit where the Previous Month Carry Over / Starting Balance for a given month would not update correctly after a purchase or actual quantity was added to the prior month. The carryover amount now updates automatically without needing to manually re-run the milk audit.
- Fixed an issue where a child's age displayed differently on the List Children page versus the Child Information page. Both pages now consistently show the child's age in years and months.
Sponsored Providers

- Fixed an issue where infants who had since turned one year old were missing from the Infant Feeding Detail report when the report was run for dates prior to the child's first birthday. The report now correctly shows those children with their accurate age for the selected date range.
Parents
![]()
- Fixed an issue where the "Update Enrollment" button was hidden behind another child's card when parents viewed their enrollment forms on a phone held vertically. The button is now accessible without needing to rotate the phone.

- Fixed an issue where using the Issue Payments feature could result in duplicate or triple payments being issued to providers. Error handling has also been improved so that if a problem occurs during payment processing, the system now displays an error message instead of freezing silently.
- Fixed an issue where clicking "Printed Successfully" during payment processing for large sponsor groups could result in only some providers being marked as paid, while others remained unpaid with no error message displayed. Sponsors will now see a clear error notification if any payments fail to save, with guidance to return to Issue Payments and retry.
- Fixed an issue where children enrolled with Tier 1 providers were missing required tier start and end dates, which had been blocking sponsors from completing any child-related tasks. The missing dates have been automatically populated from the provider's tiering information, restoring normal functionality for affected sponsors.

- Fixed an issue where the Food Program payment amount was not appearing in the Schedule C Worksheet for home providers, even though the correct amount was shown on their Tax Report. Affected payments have been corrected and future payments will now sync properly.

- Fixed an issue in the Provider List Export where filtering providers by their enrolled children's criteria had no effect, causing the export to include all providers regardless of whether they had any matching children.
- Fixed an issue where infant ages were displaying incorrectly on the Child List Export report. Ages now consistently reflect the current calendar month, matching what you see when viewing a child's file in KidKare.
- Fixed an issue where meals served on a child's first day of Tier I eligibility were incorrectly flagged with Error 113 and denied Tier I reimbursement. Meals served on the Tier I start date are now correctly reimbursed at the Tier I rate.
- The "Require Same Day Entry" field is now available as an option when sponsors export the Provider List report, allowing sponsors to filter and review which providers have this setting enabled.
- The Provider Email field has been restored as a selectable option in the Child List Export report, allowing Home Sponsors to once again include provider email addresses in their exported data.
- The Provider License Expiration Report now correctly sorts providers in alphabetical order by last name, then first name, so providers who share the same last name appear in the expected order.
- Fixed an issue where the "Remote Review" question, when hidden on a provider review form, was incorrectly saving as "No" and displaying that value on the Review Report. It will now correctly appear as blank when the question is not shown.
- A provider's completed review report that had become inaccessible has been restored so the provider can once again access their review report.
- Fixed an issue where School Attendance Days (Monday–Friday) appeared highlighted by default in the child enrollment form even when no Grade Level or School Type had been selected, causing printed reports like the Enrollment Renewal Report to incorrectly show school days as chosen.
- Children listed in the Review Details Report are now sorted alphabetically by name, ensuring a consistent and predictable order when sponsors print or view provider review reports.
- Fixed an issue where meals were incorrectly disallowed for providers with "Provider Varied" license types due to an inaccurate capacity calculation. The corrected formula now properly accounts for infant and toddler capacities when determining preschool and school-age disallowances.
- Fixed an issue where children enrolled with a Tier 1 provider were incorrectly assigned Tier 2 status upon activation. Now, when a sponsor activates a pending child for a Tier 1 provider, the child is automatically assigned Tier 1 status and inherits the provider's eligibility dates.

- Fixed an issue where the View Reimbursement Rates screen would display blank when selecting a month that had no exact rate record, even though earlier rates existed. The screen now correctly shows the most recently effective rates on or before the selected month.
- The Claim Roster report has been fixed to accurately reflect child counts and child information (such as enrollment dates, expiration dates, income eligibility, and basis) as they existed at the time the claim was processed, rather than pulling current data — ensuring the Claim Roster now matches other reports like the Claim Error Report for the same claim month.
- The Child Roster and Claim Roster reports now correctly display the enrollment and IEF expiration dates that were in effect during the claim month being reported, rather than showing the most recently updated dates — ensuring reports reprinted for past months remain accurate for audit purposes.
- Fixed an intermittent issue where the Schedule section would appear empty when opening a child's record from the List Children, Active Children, or Renew Child Enrollment screens. Child schedule information now loads correctly each time.
- Fixed an issue where sponsor users were unable to verify receipts in Receipt Verification because the Accept button was unavailable even when the user had the correct permissions enabled.
- Fixed an issue where sponsors viewing Center Daily Attendance would see the wrong attendance input format (ATT vs. IN/OUT) because the display was based on the sponsor's state settings instead of the selected center's state settings. The attendance format now correctly reflects the policy for the center being viewed.
- Fixed an issue where sponsors were unable to import attendance data (TIF files), which would get stuck on the "Validating Images" step and never complete.

- The Child Roster and Claim Roster reports have been updated so that when you run a report for a past claim month, the report accurately reflects the children enrolled, their classroom assignments, FRP status, enrollment dates, expiration dates, and totals as they existed during that specific claim month — rather than showing current data.
- Fixed an issue where childcare centers using individual infant menus would incorrectly receive Error 60 ("quantity of food not recorded") even when actual quantities had been entered for infants aged 6–11 months. Error 60 will now only appear when no quantity has been recorded at all.

- Several labels and report names in KidKare for Home Providers were displaying in English even when the account language was set to Spanish. Report names, date range options, and infant feeding filter labels now appear correctly in Spanish.
- The Scheduled Menus report now displays each week on its own separate page when printed, making it easier to read and organize printed menus.

- Fixed an issue on the Manage Guardians page where a guardian linked to multiple children appeared as duplicate entries in the guardian list, and their details page only showed one child instead of all associated siblings. Guardians now appear as a single record with all of their enrolled children listed correctly.

- Fixed an issue where sponsor users with permission to record center menus were being redirected away from the Center Daily Menu and Tools pages instead of being allowed to access them.
- Fixed an issue where removed or inactive centers were appearing in the center selection dropdown when a sponsor added or edited a vendor under Tools > Manage Vendors. Only active centers are now displayed in that list.
- Fixed an issue where the Signature Date and SSN fields on the Oversight tab would not update when switching between child records, instead continuing to display information from the previously viewed child.
- Sponsor staff can no longer mark meals and attendance for future meal times at closed enrolled center sites. Previously, sponsors could record meals before a meal period had even begun, which has now been corrected to enforce real-time meal entry.
- Fixed an issue where sponsors were unable to save changes to policy T.04b (receipt retention period). Previously, updating the setting from 60 days to 90 days would appear to save successfully but revert back to 60 days when reviewed.
- Fixed an issue where selecting Medicaid as the program on an Income Eligibility Form (IEF) application incorrectly set the Free/Reduced Price (FRP) Eligibility Basis to "Other" instead of "Medicaid."

- Fixed an issue where staff at independent childcare centers with multiple license types could not assign or update a child's license type when editing an existing child's CACFP information. The license type dropdown was missing from the edit screen and has now been restored.
- Fixed an issue where exporting the Menu Production Record (MPR) as a Regular Independent Center incorrectly included an extra SFSP/ARAS Menu Production Record and Transportation Log page at the end of the PDF export. The exported PDF now only includes pages relevant to regular center programs.
