Sponsors of Homes

  • Fixed an issue where the eForms View Status screen incorrectly showed a count of 1 under "Not Started" for providers who had no active eForm enrollment, caused by leftover records from previously deleted children.
  • The Provider Racial Count Summary report now shows accurate provider counts for all racial categories. Previously, the report was only including providers who joined CACFP during the selected month, causing nearly all providers to be excluded from the results.
  • Fixed an issue on the Home Visit Status Report where review start and end times were not displaying for remote reviews. The report now correctly shows both the remote indicator and the review times together.
  • Sponsor users in KidKare for Homes who track only an Administrative Cost Total and Administrative Income Total can now view, edit, and save those amounts on the Record Administrative Expenses page.
  • Fixed an issue where manually entered claims that had already been paid would show as "Not Paid" after being reprocessed, losing the link to the original payment.

Sponsors of Centers

  • The Expenditure Worksheet report now includes a center filter for both state and sponsor users, allowing them to narrow results to specific centers rather than seeing all centers at once. Quick entry receipt totals are also now included alongside itemized and receipt capture entries.

Sponsored Centers

  • When generating the Kansas state claim upload file, the Total Enrollment and Free/Reduced-Price Eligible fields now reflect the actual enrollment for the claim month being submitted, rather than locked October fiscal-year numbers — ensuring the file meets the state's 25% qualification check requirement.
  • The Oregon state claim upload file now correctly reports the actual current-month enrollment counts for Free/Reduced-Price Eligibles and Current Total Enrollment, instead of using locked-in fiscal year numbers that had been causing the file to disagree with the site's actual monthly roster.

Independent Centers

  • KidKare for Independent Centers now correctly displays the current month on the attendance calendar, reports, and school date screens. Previously, these screens defaulted to a stale past month — in some cases years out of date — which prevented centers from viewing or submitting At-Risk claims for the current period.
  • Fixed an issue where an independent center user was unable to delete an uploaded receipt flagged as a duplicate. The delete option now displays correctly for receipts uploaded through Receipt Capture.

Sponsored Homes

  • Fixed an issue where home providers could not see the EZ Menu button on the Enter Meal page, even when their sponsor had correctly set up EZ Menu access and plans.
  • Fixed an issue where sending messages to all providers was throwing an error and resulting in blank messages appearing in provider inboxes.
  • Fixed an issue where provider training records were getting stuck in "Pending" status and not appearing as completed on training reports after a review was validated through the KidKare for Homes web portal. All affected training records have been updated to reflect their correct validated status.

Fixed

  • Home sponsors can now see and use the Void button when viewing payment history in KidKare. The button was missing from the screen since the feature launched, even though the underlying payment was eligible to be voided.
  • Fixed an issue where voiding a payment for one home provider appeared to affect all providers' payments, causing claims to show as unpaid. Payments now correctly update only the intended provider when a void is processed.
  • Sorting the Amount column on the List Payment History page now correctly orders payment amounts by their full dollar value, so large amounts like $999 appear before smaller amounts like $98 as expected.

Independent Centers

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where the Income Eligibility Form (IEF) report was showing the wrong staff member's signature and displaying a blank Total Income field for children at independent centers. Both the signature and total income now display correctly.

Sponsors of Centers

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where exclamation marks were appearing for children with expired IEFs even when policy F.08 (Check IEF Expiration) was turned off. The warning icon will no longer appear when that policy is disabled.
  • Fixed an issue where clicking "Evaluate + Save" when adding a new IEF in the Child Information Oversight tab did not save the new form or update any child dates, resulting in errors on the OER. Changes now save correctly and downstream reports will reflect accurate eligibility data.
  • Fixed an issue where the Illinois State Upload File was displaying incorrect enrollment data in the Private For Profit Eligibility Enrollment Count column for At-Risk and Title XX rows.
  • Fixed an issue where the In/Out Times Weekly Report was missing meal abbreviations for split shift meal servings. All meal types, including split servings, now display correctly on the report.
  • Fixed an issue where four children were missing from the Meal Count & Attendance with FRP report for certain centers. All enrolled children now appear correctly on the report.
  • Fixed an issue where IEF information was not updating on the IEF List report after sponsors added a new IEF application for a child. The Signature Date was also showing the date the form was entered instead of the actual signature date — both issues have been corrected.

Sponsored Centers

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where center admin users could still access the Manage Formula Types page by navigating directly to the URL, even when the permission was turned off. Access is now correctly restricted regardless of how the page is reached.

Sponsors of Homes

Fixed

  • A home visit review that was accidentally submitted for the wrong provider has been corrected and now appears under the intended home provider's record.
  • Fixed an issue where fruit juices were being incorrectly flagged with an asterisk on the Claimed Food and Attendance report. All affected juice items were valid and should not have been flagged, which was causing audit concerns.
  • Fixed an issue where provider capacity updates were not syncing correctly between HX and KidKare, resulting in providers displaying incorrect and mismatched capacity counts.
  • When a home provider only serves infants and preschoolers and leaves the school-aged capacity field blank, the Maximum Capacity on the License tab now correctly reflects the highest entered age group value instead of displaying zero.
  • Fixed an issue where some providers were still displaying incorrect tier types in the Illinois State Provider Upload File following a previous correction.

Sponsors of Centers

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where some sponsor users were unable to click Accept to verify receipts after selecting them on the Receipt Verification page.
  • A confirmation dialog has been added to the Copy Menu feature to warn sponsors before overwriting existing foods and food quantities at a center, preventing accidental data loss.
  • Fixed an issue where Income Eligibility Forms (IEFs) showing a "Submitted (Site)" or "Submitted (Parent)" status in the eForms Reporting module were not appearing in the Approve & Renew queue or the View Status page, preventing sponsors from taking action on those forms.

Sponsored Centers

Fixed

  • Fixed an issue where all children were automatically marked as present in meal attendance without any staff action. The attendance page now shows a clear error and prevents saving when required meal data cannot be loaded.
  • Fixed an issue where Actual Quantities Served were not being automatically calculated for non-infant menus after recording attendance, even when the auto-calculate setting was turned on.
  • Fixed an issue where removed centers were appearing in the center dropdown on the Approve & Renew page. Removed centers no longer display in this list.
  • Fixed an issue where some child records were not populating the IEF Expiration Date, FRP, and FRP Basis fields on the Approve & Renew page, preventing completion of renewals for associated Enrollment Forms and IEFs.
  • Fixed an issue where children enrolled by center staff and left in Pending status were not being correctly blocked from claims when later withdrawn. These children now receive the appropriate enrollment error during claim processing.
  • Fixed an issue where saved meal attendance was disappearing for center users when returning for the next mealtime. Two specific bugs contributing to this behavior have been resolved so that meal data is now saved and retained correctly.
