Monthly Receipts Total Report - This report combines all expenses entered for the selected month and generates a report with the totals by category and a grand total for the month. To see a report with a breakdown or each expense, see the Center Receipt Journal instead.

Receipt List Export - This is a customizable report option. Use the filters to narrow down a time frame for the expense you want to see, as well as what data you want to see on the report. You can pull a list of all expenses for a year including description, a report just showing any expense that has unapproved purchased, or an report showing all milk purchases and the quantity purchased, etc.
