# Receipts Reports

- **Monthly Receipts Total Report** - This report combines all expenses entered for the selected month and generates a report with the totals by category and a grand total for the month.  To see a report with a breakdown or each expense, see the **[Center Receipt Journal](https://knowledge.kidkare.com/independent-center/finance-reports-1?hsLang=en)** instead.

- **Receipt List Export** - This is a customizable report option.  Use the filters to narrow down a time frame for the expense you want to see, as well as what data you want to see on the report.  You can pull a list of all expenses for a year including description, a report just showing any expense that has unapproved purchased, or an report showing all milk purchases and the quantity purchased, etc.
