Printing the Sponsor Review Worksheet from the Observer Mode page now shows full up-to-date history from the most recently completed and validated review.

- [MMHX Application] Fixed an issue where the Provider Information Tiering tab in Minute Menu HX showed a blank school row or stopped responding for providers who were enrolled in KidKare as Tier 1 by School using the "Manually Add School" option without a school name. Those manually entered schools now display correctly in both KidKare and Minute Menu HX.
- Fixed an issue where an income eligibility form (IEF) marked "Manually Completed" could not be resent or renewed for a child, and blocked you from sending a new one. You can now resend the IEF invitation for those children.
- Fixed an issue where saving a new helper profile automatically filled in the "Last Date Employed" field with today's date, making the newly added helper appear terminated right away. The field now stays blank unless you enter a date yourself.
- Fixed an issue where the Office Error Report did not display the MEAL DISALLOWANCE TOTALS line for error 404. The totals now appear, so you no longer have to add up the disallowed meals by hand.

- The South Carolina child enrollment and income eligibility forms now print the current state-issued edition (DSS Form 16160, effective 7/8/2026). This edition removes the Homeless/Migrant/Runaway column, updates the income-frequency wording, and corrects the USDA mailing address.
- For Texas center sponsors, the electronic Income Eligibility Form (MBIEF eForm) now keeps the enrolled-children and household-member listing step when a family selects SNAP, TANF, or FDPIR. It also asks for the 8- or 9-digit EDG# instead of a generic "Case number," and no longer auto-checks the "I do not have a Social Security number" box.

- Fixed an issue where saving center information could fail silently — the page would simply spin with no message — when an email address used a domain that could not be verified. KidKare now displays a clear "invalid email" message when that happens, and trusted domains can be allowed so their emails save normally.
- Fixed an issue on the Manage Child Information screen where switching to a different child returned you to the Oversight tab. The tab you were working in — Contacts, CACFP, Forms, and others — now stays selected as you move through records.
- Error Code 73 no longer appears as a Disallowed item on the Office Error report if the corresponding policy, L.04 In/Out Times Edit Check, is set to Ignore if Violated or Warn if Violated, so it is clear that this is an informational flag and that your claim totals and meal counts were never reduced.
- Fixed an issue where eforms that failed to generate stayed on screen as "still processing" indefinitely. The eForms Reporting page now automatically retries to process failed forms.

- Error Code 73 no longer appears as a "Disallowed" item on your claim error list. It now shows as a Warning, and only when in/out-time checking is turned on, so it is clear that this is an informational flag and that your claim totals and meal counts were never reduced.

- Fixed an issue where confirming a merge on the Delete Children screen showed a generic "Error deleting" message and left the duplicate record in the list. You can now delete a child record and merge its data into another child.
- Fixed an issue where eforms that failed to generate stayed on screen as "still processing" indefinitely. The eForms Reporting page now automatically retries to process failed forms.

- Ohio home providers now print the current Ohio Income Eligibility Form (FY26-27), with the correct Part 1 checkboxes and a signature fallback for when the form is not yet approved. Previously an outdated 2011 version of the form was printing.
- For Missouri family daycare homes, related, own, and foster children over age 5 are now counted together against the two-child allowance that may be left out of the home's licensed capacity. Previously only related children were limited, so a provider's own and foster children over age 5 were excluded with no cap. As a result, claims that exceed the licensed maximum will now flag an over-capacity error.
- The parent or guardian's name now displays correctly on the South Carolina child enrollment report. A dedicated emergency contact field has also been added, so the Emergency Person's Name and Phone are entered and printed on their own instead of being filled in automatically with the parent's details.

- Fixed an issue where the +Add Child option was missing from the eForms version of the Enroll Child screen for some providers.
- Fixed an issue where home providers with Parachute subscription could not save changes to a child's Immunization section in Food Program — clicking Save returned a browser error. Immunization dates now save without an error.
